Shipping Information

Your shipping information may be supplied to a third-party fulfillment center, but your name and address will not be used for any other purpose than delivery of your order. Your name and address will not be sold to mailing-list firms. All purchased items are guaranteed and insured by JewelPlace.com and are delivered to you with the shipping method you have selected at time of placing your order. Your tracking number will be sent to you via e-mail once available. Your signature will be required at time of delivery of item(s).

10-Day Return Policy

If for any reason you aren't satisfied, you can return any non-engraved item(s) in its original condition for a refund or exchange. All returns must have a Return Authorization Code (RAC) supplied by our customer service representative. If you have any questions about our return procedure, please contact us at service@jewelplace.com. The following rules apply when returning your item(s):

  • All packages must be shipped to: JP Returns
  • Item(s) must be in original box accompanied with original receipt and include
    the appraisal and the diamond certificate, if applicable.
  • The diamond certificate carries a $250 replacement fee.
  • Fill out the return slip at the bottom of your original invoice and include your
    Return Authorization Code in the proper field.
  • For security reasons, do not write JewelPlace.com anywhere on the outside of the box.
  • Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail™, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.
  • Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender.
  • Items that show signs of wear or have been resized, engraved, altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
  • JewelPlace.com will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.
  • 5-10% stock handeling fee

Once your return is received, it will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. You will receive e-mail notification regarding your return or exchange within seven business days.

Updating Personal Information

If the personal information JewelPlace.com has gathered from you changes or you no longer desire our service, we will gladly correct, update, or remove any personal data you have previously provided to us. Children's Policy
